Meet Your Homeopath
I came to Homeopathy as a quiet, young, lactose intolerant pre-teen. I was enthralled by the extensive case-taking, I felt comfort by how kind-hearted and attentive my homeopath was, and then I was amazed at how my symptoms resolved. I engaged in books and research on homeopathy; trying to understand how the pieces of my symptoms connected with homeopathic remedies. Then one day while completing a puzzle of Greece, my dad said, “You should get a career in puzzle solving”. Homeopathy.
In 2014, I graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I then attended the three year diploma program at the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine in Toronto, where I graduated in June 2017. I am the treasurer and a member of good standing with the Manitoba Homeopathic Association (MHA #1702).
Today, as Homeopath, I believe in the body's ability to heal itself. I practice with empathy, curiosity, and lots of “tell me more” or “why?” or “what about that?”. My goal as a homeopath is to not only find a remedy to heal what ails you, but to engage in a journey that promotes self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-care.
Homeopathy suits a wide range of ailments but I am passionate about hormone health, thyroid disease, fertility, chronic fatigue, and mental health.
